ISO: hybrid banner/bunting template

I could have sworn I saw someone post a thread about a template you could use to create a hybrid banner/bunting. You know, the kind that kind of hangs in a swag on the fireplace. I want to make a Christmas banner but can't figure out where I saw it. Anyone know of anything like that? Thanks!

I'm not sure I saw a template but I know hybrid banners have been featured on the blog. I searched banners in the forum and in the gallery and came up with a few examples but didn't see a template.

this would be cute as anything hung with twine or ribbon or lights ... across a mantle. I bet they could be easily resized to whatever you needed :
