I got one too, I have the iPad one, always one of the early adopters. 
I figured after 2 years of daily use it's time foran update. But oh my gosh! Did any of you see the iPhoto demo? Wow!!!! I was drooling. When he got to the journal point I could see myself doing a total 365 page in that! With weather and maps and journaling! How supercool was that? I loved the way he showed how to remove a shadow from that face in the dark part. Just swipe over it with your finger until you are happy with the results. And the comparison feature was also awesome. I always take 3 or 4 pics of the same image. iPhoto can look up this pics and put the side by side for you so you can pic the best one to use. Can't wait to use it!
Just got acknowledgement that part are already shipped like the cover. Funny. iPad self is expected on march 14.
