In need of ideas for 1st graders

ok... so I'm the room mom for my DS's 1st grade class. I don't know where all of my creativeness has gone but I'm am stuck for ideas on an easy but (somewhat) unique craft for the kiddos to do. I just did a wreath for their fall craft so that's out.

Suggestions? Pics?
