Journaling says: art journaling has helped me see scrapping in a whole newway. Everything can be used. THere are no limits. things that i never would have used before can be placed on a page, blended, masked, clipped, stacked, or just placed. It has been so freeing and inspiring to be STIMULATED in so many new ways.

What inspired me about these was just the pages themselves. Seeing how others can take it and transform it to suit themselves. I have really branched out in my scrapping because of AJ. Love it. :)

Wow, so inspiring page, Don! LOVE the color scheme and the mood of the page. Here is my entry:

When I saw the patchwork-like background, I knew that would be my inspiration for this ATC.

I am SO challenged by Art Journaling page yet I yearn to create them. Thank you for this challenge. It was a perfect inspiration for this page I wanted to do based on a book I am reading. The Best Yes Making Wise Decisions In The Midst Of Endless Demands. I plan to art journal as I read through the book. Thank you So much for this challenge!!

Here's mine. I was drawn to the red background and large photo. The photo I used was found in my mother's things. It is a newspaper clipping from August 14, 1943 (the handwriting on the black background is hers). Using Google translate, I came up with the Polish to English translation. The woman wearing the large hat on the right side of the photo is my mother before she married.
