FREE ebooks, yep its true. I haven't actually paid for a book for soooooooo long. I've actually found some great new authors too.

What are you addicted to at the moment?

Really. Once I found bookbub....

I also buy too many scrapping kits but not sure I'm addicted to that.

Oy free eBooks. When I got my kindle I subscribed to an e-mail list that sends out a daily list of 5-15 good titles. That was like 4-5 years ago. I stopped to really look at my Kindle library a few days ago...there is no way I will ever read all of them :giggle

Side Note: I wish there was a better way on the kindle to organize my library. I do use the lists, but every thing is still all together when I am scrolling through my actual library.

Umm excuse me, why are you all not sharing your fave places for free eBooks?! I get the free one a month cuz of my Prime membership and of course the monthly lenders library book, but that's it (unless I use my "slow shipping" credits to buy a book but those are only good on books with a price not set by their publisher).

And yes @Brynn Marie ITA: there should be a better way to organize your books on Kindle! You'd think Amazon would have figured it out by now.

As far as to what I am addicted: uh, books (actual paper or eBooks), DS stuff, and candy. And coffee. And naps.

Sara @Tree City Lidnzee gave me the Bookhib link and I am getting so many , even bought some for £1... that are amazing, but like @Brynn Marie dont think I could ever read them all!!!!!

I got help from Julie to organize my Kindle, at least now I can find things whe I can read!!!

as for addiction, I am 100% full on scrapping .... day before yesterday I only realized I had no ate anything ALL day...when I got a call on the phone and suddenly it was 10:30 pm... I had been at it from 8am....

Hahaha. Bookbub. Yesssssssss. Have been receiving those for years. Have found a few that are pretty awesome, but have also noticed they repeat some times, meaning I can just check them for small periods of time and then come and go without guilt.

I, too, wish my Kindle would allow me to search in a specific Genre!

Thanks to @crystalbella77 I'm now trying to *not* be addicted to the mini marshmallows that are usually found in Lucky Charms. I found that you can buy a pound of them on Nuts.com for $3.99. So I'm trying to not eat the entire bag.

^^^ this (other than the coffee... insert Coke).

And art supplies. That addiction is completely out of control. You don't even want to know how many mixed media pads I currently have. :/ Darn Aaron Bros. and their buy one get one for $.01. I'm actually stuck because I literally have run out of room for my art supplies so I can't even feed the addiction any longer. It is ridiculous.

yes, we need a list of free book sites

I would say sorry...but I am so not..those suckers are so delicious haha! I pretty much did eat the whole bag. YIKES!

oh no, if I'm going to sit and scrap for awhile I always make sure I have some snacks handy next to me :)

I kind of have an addictive personality...so like once I am into something...I obsess about it. You never know how long that will last! Right now...it's living room decor and furniture. I seriously cannot stop looking at it..pinning ideas...loading up carts at every store in the planet...going into furniture stores and sitting on everything. It's kind of taken over my life.

ALSO! I think I am going to start the 21 day fix (no more marshmallows probably haha! BOO!) so I have been pinning HUNDREDS of recipes..cause you know...seems like a good idea to start off just completely overwhelmed! :helpy

I'm addicted to my laptop, but not sure I'm busy on it in a good way... waisting lot of time doing nothing (Facebook, surfing). I also download a lot of DS stuff, but more then I could ever use I think ;-)

For all of you wondering, Bookbub IS the free site. You sign up with your preferences, and they email you each day with cheap-free books in your genre preferences. Then you just click to buy/download the ones you want.

I know, right?! Maybe it's the fact that I keep my laptop on our dining table, which is of course just a few feet away from the kitchen, but I can't sit down and NOT think about food...

pens.
fine point ones. colored, black and happy happens
and I feel washi tape begin to invade as an addiction, but I may have that under control for now!

So that's the best (or only) site? Cool. I just signed up and I wanted the second book on my list... and it's free! Off to look at the rest of them! :drool

@Tree City it's the only one I use... the only one I need to, since it comes to me
Convenience. Haha. I have on occasion looked at free amazon books. Harder to find now, though.

currently addicted to: Reese's peanut butter eggs, and blankets, and crocheting when I should be working. And re-re-re-rewatching things. I'm about to finish up watching Friends from start to finish for the second time in the last six months! I can't stop! I figure I'll do The Office next but I rewatched it start to finish just a few months ago!

For as long as I've been reading on Kindle I don't think I've ever read a free book. I'm a series reader. I read the first few, read someone different while waiting for the next one to come out, go back and read the first ones again right before new one comes out...and so on. Since I end up reading the books I buy umpteen times (seriously) I think they are worth the price.

Right now I'm back addicted to nicotine. Quit smoking almost 6 years ago by vaping (electronic cigarette), and stepped my nic down to zero by 2014. Summer of 2014 I quit vaping all together but I just started back. With nicotine. I did it to try to get my snacking under control and so far so good. Now to step my nic back down to zero again by end of May is my goal.
