I'm hot, no?

OMG!! is that really snow????? (dumb question by a tropical girl....lol!!!) you are CRAZY!!!!!!

Definitely crazy!!! But I LOVE that you posted this picture!! :yourock

You're crazy, girl! Don't think I could've taken a step much less run in that. I hope you're all warm and snuggly at home now.

Here... let me knock some sense into you! :sense

Girl, don't know how you do it but you apparently can! :yesss

This is just perfect! You are my hero! (this coming from someone sitting inside the house, warm and sipping coffee)

I will kick a bear right in his face.

And to all: Yes, crazy. It's a requirement.

Angie- I think you've found your new saying under your username! "Yes, crazy. It's a requirement" :giggle

LOL.

I ran 8 more today.

Certifiable.

But I got 2 new pairs of shoes, so now I wanna run even more. LOL

Hardcore is an understatement!!! You RAWK!!! Do you put nails or screws into your soles? How do you not slip on ice? I'm getting a treadmill because falling on ice scares me too much to run during the winter

If it's super icy, I use YakTrax (these are supposedly just for walkers... they have more hardcore ones that strap on and all that, but I ran on these cheapos all last winter and they were fine) on my shoes. They just slip on. They work amazingly well. If it's just snowy/slushy type of slippery, I wear my trail shoes. They have a little more traction than just my regular running shoes.

Do a lot of core work, and it's easier to stay on your feet, too. I've only fallen once and it was because I was gawking at my neighbors lawn boy. :giggle All those sit ups pay off I guess.

LOL... I just snorted out loud... Thanks Angie... I'll take a look at those for next winter :)

I'd run barefoot in the snow before I'd run on a treadmill, btw. Way too ADD for that.

Way to go Angie! That is hardcore. My hubby is a serious runner, but I doubt he'd run in a snowstorm! LOL. He does use the yaktrax too.

Hardcore is right...I'd be running inside (if I even ran)
