I'm ashamed....

I just spent some hours laughing loud, very very loud at all silly posts in Facebook, most about the football and government/football related from my family & friends in Brasil...there are some scrappers/designers that are making me laugh so much, my belly is aching....
I need to go to sleep...
but can't get un-glued from my computer....

any solutions?

LOL ....yeah..... I think about....3 am...woke up with the phone (my parents) at almost 1 pm ........
but at least I did some scrapping and posted.....

and now I am not gonna be able to sleep much again LOL
