It's getting so hard to leave bed in the mornings as its getting colder here; trading places with a bear & hibernating always sounds appealing at this time of year! How about you _ what animal would you gladly trade places with?


Fine print: as with all pad patter, there's no wrong answers here so you don't have to over think your answer & of course i won't hold anything against you if you wanna be a single cell micro_organism that doesn't have to think, or a bird of prey or similar predator _it's all good!
 
I wouldn't want to be another animal, but if I had to, I'd choose a cat. A house cat that lies around in cozy sunny spots all day long.
 
There are so many animals I'd want to try out, but the very first one that came to mind was a bird, since I think it would be super cool to fly!

Basically I want an excuse to sleep 18 hours a day and to eat the few hours I'm awake. :giggle
 
I always said that if I could come back as any animal, it would be one of our pets. They've all been our babies and got treated like royalty. I love horses, too, my totem in a Zuni Indian horse that I have with me at all times.
 
A horse (thoroughbred) or a tiger. Probably the horse...has easier living than a tiger has. :D
 
I woke up this morning and it was 2.2°c feels like -1.6°c brrrr.
BUT my little bunnies who live outside except for horrible weather, are bouncing around in the sunshine without a care in the world. So I would love to be my bunnies. Plus:

They do binkies and zoomies,

I can relate to some of their traits. Hubster says I would be a lioness, lol!

I'd totally want to be a bird, because who wouldn't love to fly around? :giggle Or even a fly (if that counts as an animal) because then I could be the literal "fly on the wall" and spy on people. Ha ha. Although they only live a few days, so that would be a bummer. @michelepixels has the right idea too... being a lazy house cat who gets to sleep all day would be pretty awesome too!
 
My first thought was a lion. I'm a Leo, and I often have a wild, bushy mane (especially in humidity).
