...can you show me your cover?

I haven't really done a cover/title page, either for the first half of 2012 that I did in paper, or for the Blurb book I've been building for the second half of the year.

Inspire me please!! You always do.

Oh a cover.... Hadn't even thought about that yet! I'm also still debating how/where to print.

This is my cover:

I've printed 2 books, with a 2-for-1 special at Inkubook. Both covers were similar and based on a template from the amazing Kellie Mize:

I wrapped the colours to print gold/white (red/white) on the spine + back cover. The title page is the same, but with a personal quote added.

I chose hard-cover books, because they have so many pages each (one has 120 pages, the other has 180).

I always do the cover last and struggle with ideas, but I've done a few that I've loved over the years:

Thanks everyone...I was kind of stuck trying to envision a cover with the title page cards from the kits...these have helped me think in a new direction. Lovely, lovely!!

here's some additional pages I made for my project 365. I will add them to either the back cover or just add them to the book when printed.

Awesome, awesome, awesome job all...

Last night I told myself to grab a template and our holiday card photo and make it happen!!

There's where I ended up....now what am I putting on the back? :)

I love it!! Usually for the back I just use the same paper as the BG on the front and then if I add anything, it'll be the year or our last night. I always keep the back simple. :)
