I need an album

I bought the official PL page protectors, but because they cost as much as my 3 months digi budget, I couldn't afford to buy an album at the same time. Since I don't have a lss within live a zillion miles of here, I really have no idea if they are compatible with a regular 12x12 album.

I know from experience that all 8x8 page protectors do not have holes in the same places, but I wasn't sure if it was more standard among the 12x12 set. I don't want one of the PL albums, so I was wondering if anyone else has used the PL page protectors with a different album, and if so, what do you recommend.

On a similar note, I want to order some 8.5x11 page protectors because I'm making some layouts to go in between pages, and I have the same question about them fitting in a standard album, if anyone knows.
 
I bought an American Crafts 12X12 D-ring and so far all the protectors I have/bought fit. I have a mixture of PL protectors from BH and some from HL. I also have some 8.5X11 that fit also.
 
I bought an album from Hobby Lobby, by The Paper Studio and they fit perfectly.
 
I bought one from Pioneer and I dropped it last week and broke it. So even though the protectors fit, it was cheap quality! I have the American Crafts 8x8 ones and I love them, so I just bought the 12x12 version to replace my other one. I'm supposed to get it today and I'm hoping it works!

I used THIS one from We R Memory Keepers for mine last year and the page protectors fit great in them. They are actually my very favorite albums and I am not sure how you have to order them but I get mine at JoAnn's when they have 40%off.
 
i just bought the same albums as amanda - and i love them! i bought turquoise, navy, green, light pink and hot pink ... all are fabulous :)
 
Thanks, girls! I'll probably go with that American Crafts album since I can order it myself.

Emily, did you decorate the cover or leave it blank?
