I see this a lot in forum threads and I have no idea what it means!
 
Last weekend was iNSD party. Bart the frog is the store mascot. There was a game to see who catch find Bart and give him kisses the most. But only the first kiss counts.
 
That's a LOT of froggy kisses!!! Bart was in his glory!!!

I figured it had SOMETHING to do with a game...but since I wasn't online last weekend, I didn't connect it to iNSD.
