...because I have been holed up with Jericho Barrons and Mac! (I am totally blaming you Crystal for (a) my addiction and (b) my horribly messy house!)

I read the first couple of books in the Fever series and then had to wait A WHOLE MONTH for the next one to arrive - I have been climbing the walls waiting! But now it's here and I've spent every spare minute reading books 3 and 4, just starting book 5 now. Don't expect to see me again until I have finished it, ha ha! I think this is the most addicted to a series of books I have ever been (with the exception of Harry Potter, nothing beats a bit of Harry :giggle)

Right, I'm off for a hot date with Mr Barrons right now....
 
Well, that certainly explains your absence. :giggle I beg to differ though. Barrons beats HP hands down... :) Yikes, I cannot imagine having to wait for a month for book 3!!
 
I am finally giving in! I am downloading the first three books in audiobook form right now. I'm going to start listening on my way to work tomorrow! :)
 
Ha ha! They were pretty smoking hot! Enjoy them... it's a bit of a let down when they are over. :)
 
kate, SOOOO glad you like them. this is the best and most addicting series of books i've EVER read. and jericho barrons is.... mmmmmm....
well, let's just say the imagination is a beautiful thing. *sigh*

robin, warning for you... do NOT read book 4 without having book 5 ready to go. that would be self-inflicted torture of the worst kind. enjoy them!

i think i honest had this dissatisfied taste in my mouth for life in general for a few weeks after i first read them. nothing else was quite what i wanted. nothing held my interest. it was pretty bad really. so i just decided to reread them instead. :giggle

An excellent idea!! That's what I had with Harry Potter too. My poor husband, he's already sick of these books, ha ha!!
 
kate i did the same with Harry. i swear i get sucked into that story line and i can't accept that it's over. it's a vicious cycle really :giggle
but i gota say, Harry's not nearly as hot as JZB.

i think i'm going to read the Highlander series... i was quite sad when the Fever series was over, too.
 
I just got up to the part where Mac meets Jericho Barrons for the first time as I was I parking my car at work! I'm already very intrigued. :)

I get so hooked on series that I read them over and over! I got into such a funk after Twilight. LOL! I've also re-read all of Harry Potter a few times and I was going to re-load the Hunger Games audiobooks on my phone before I decided to try the Fever books. I have issued a self-imposed ban on re-reading so that I can get through some of the other unread books on my shelves.

i've read the 1st 2 books of the highlander series. the first one was okay. the second was better. much more interesting as far as plot and story line goes. still good. but not Fever good. still a viable option.
 
Crystal convinced me to make those my next series reading. I have to finish Black Dagger Brotherhood series first but I am going through those fast.
 
I am on book 4 now. My first series reading on my kindle and blowing through them. I have book 5 from the library waiting in case the kindle version is not ready at the library soon enough. I like them alot and are fast reads. I just wish we got more from Barrons point of view. He is such an enigma and we do not get to hear what he is thinking. Maybe she needs to do another book from his Point of view like Midnight Sun and Twilight. lol.

I know I am the latest person ever for not seeing this thread...but I am soooooooo glad you read them!!!!!!!! I am going to reread them I think because I miss Barrons! Hahaha!!

After you finish there is a scene written from his POV on KMM's site. It's totally insane and smokin hot! haha!!!
 
ugh. you all couldn't have mentioned the author or something? now i gotta go google!
