I can't download my order 
...
I ordered something from the new releases this morning, but can't download my order... whenever I try, it says "you have nothing to download". Payment is alright, and the order is processed. I emailed support, but didn't get an answer so far... is there anything I could try, maybe that's a common mistake and I'm doing something wrong?
