Humidifiers?

Does anyone have a whole home humidifier. Winter is coming up for us and I have really been wanting in invest in a good large capacity one for our home. I am looking at this one Essick Air 4D7 300 Whole-House Console-Style Evaporative Humidifier

Do you have one you love? Care to share? I am really looking for people who have a large capacity one.

Way back when we bought our first house, we had to use portable humidifiers b/c the dry heat was so bad. Then my husband purchased the whole house humidifier which helped TREMENDOUSLY. He purchased a Honeywell furnace humidifier, Aprilaire 750. It bolted right up to the side of the furnace. As soon as we got this, he stopped having bloody noses. It was also a perk b/c my skin wasn't so dry.

nope not at the moment, but i think we may need to get one. sebastian has a severe dust allergy, and things get SO dry and dusty in the winter. i think a humidifier would help him out considerably.
