how to get started?

Since I have been sick for weeks I have been doing some thinking ... I wanna learn how to design kits!! How do i go about doing it?

Actually, I think Jessica Sprague has a class on her site and there's a designer at the Orchard that has something similar.

egads? really? I love love love the designers out there, and try to support as many as I can financially.(tee hee) but oh wow...ya gotta want it, and plan, and dedicate hours and hours, and have a niche, and support and so so much. Not wanting to dissuade you, because your mind is so full of excitement and ideas, that when you put your first designs together, I can only imagine it to be fantastico! I think one of the best ways to go about it, is to find the store contests for baby designers. I have found a few really good designers out of them, and seen them go on to do great things! Whatever you do LiLi, it will be wonderful
