how to download new fonts

I bought new fonts from https://the-lilypad.com/store/the-tracie/ and maybe because they are tiffs, I can't just download them into PSE. I bought a few of them, I really liked the Golden Girls fonts too.
Edited: I right mouse clicked and opened it in Windows Font Viewer and there was an install button to click there. I did it. I figured it out all by my big self. (throwback to when my kids were little)
