How do you keep track of your to do list?

Are you all electronic? Do you use "old fashioned" pen & paper (be it a notebook or a planner)? Or are you a mix of both?

Me? I am pen and paper. I use a planner and a notebook for home & work. I have to use Outlook at work so all of my coworkers can see it - and I hate it. I even write out my grocery lists! I just don't like it electronically. Maybe it's a mental thing..like if I write it I'm more likely to remember it and/or do it.

Pen and paper for me too. Only I have about 50 different bits of paper strewn all over my desk, the windowsill next to my desk, the drawers the other side of my desk... ahem. I need to combine them into one big master to-do list, but I am too scared of how long the list might be if I do that!

I'm a mix of both. I put nearly everything into outlook but I love handwriting lists too as the best bit is crossing things off it.

I am mostly electronic. I have tried paper lists, but they just end up getting buried in my clutter. I use Outlook with popups for a lot of things, especially for time-sensitive appointments and such. I have also been using Teux Deux (a free online to-do list) for tasks that have a deadline rather than a particular time. I keep it open in my browser all day. I also just start playing a bit with Google calendar, but I haven't really sorted out the best way to make it work for me yet.

We do have a regular calendar that hangs in the kitchen. It serves as our family command central. All the appointments and activities and events are written on there for easy reference when we're scheduling stuff.

I'm a techie and I still make my lists on paper....well, actually they're envelopes from the mail we get. Then I go through my purse once a week and find all these lists.

pen and paper. I also have a white board that i write things on in huge letters if i keep forgetting :p

I write it on paper. I work online, and while working I am always thinking of things i need to do, get, etc. I keep a paper right in front of me and just jot things down all over the page.

I used to use toodledo and thought it would be easier since i'm online all the time, but I found that it was inconvenient to have to go to the website, log in, and enter the to-do instead of just quick jotting it down. :)

I've found that I like the stickies function on my PC to keep track of layouts to post or coupons I might use.

But for normal stuff, I still like paper. I do grocery lists on index cards but have a couple of journals going with layout ideas for the "future".

Google calendar is awesome for dentist appointments and hair appointments etc.

I do both... I was keeping my work schedule in a book up until I lost it a month ago so I decided just to get a phone app. Way easier! Now if I lost my phone well I'd be screwed. lol!

I use a little notebook and make a weekly To Do list. I've tried electronic, but I need to actively write out my list, or I forget 2 minutes later. I also like looking at it at the end of the week with all the scribbles and crossed out items. It makes me feel happy. :)

I have a 2 page per week calendar that has check boxes for completed tasks...I love it! It limits how much I can put on my to do list each day so I'm a little less likely to feel like a failure (though there are days I don't get everything done). I also have a grand to do list in a notebook as well but I only use it to draw inspiration for my daily to do list. Important tasks never go in the big notebook...they go directly into the calendar on whatever day it needs to be done. I also have a chore checklist based a bit on Flylady's system that I put on the fridge and mark off with a wet erase marker as I go...that way all my daily tasks, weekly tasks and zone work are all in one place.

I keep it all up in my head. That way, no one has evidence against me of everything that needs to be done :giggle

I used to be a paper and pen girl...but I've downloaded the Errands app to my Ipad. I'm liking it so far, but if I don't check in with my Ipad, it's like I have nothing to do. Way too easy to "ignore" the list! LOL! But I do like it for household stuff...big projects that I can categorize by room and then by priority. I'm hoping to get my house fixed up enough to sell eventually.

Pen and paper for me....little sticky notes everywhere!
I do have a desktop calendar that I put things on so everyone knows what's going on with everyone.

both... I keep a notebook on my desk where I jot stuff down, but I also use Cozi on my phone for calendar & lists.

Well. I'm a hodge podge. I have some in my Cozi, some in my planner. Some on bits of paper and some just in my head. LOL.

Actually working on coming up with a more efficient and organized system of organization. :)
