Hey girls,
I´m in love with all those new items in the store and the Doorbuster sales. I want to spend some money, but I´m not able to get into the store.
Anybody else having these kind of problems?

I just kept hitting refresh and I got in, bought and got out! ;)

keep trying... I think it may just be busy!
 
I am here too. I am having problems with the freebies that you get when you spend $10 or more. They dont show up for free. They just add $20 to my total :(
 
Sorry you are having problems Biancka! Could you try something for me please? Could you try deleting the collab from your cart, then refresh the page (and add the collab back in again if needs be)?

I just loaded up my cart a couple of times to test it and each time the collab was automatically added for free so I am wondering if we can cure the glitch with your cart just by deleting the collab! Please feel free to PM me if you still have problems.
 
you're also more than welcome to email theliypad_customerservice at yahoo dot com and we can assist you further. i have double checked the sales and they are set up correctly (they exclude CU products, as always, so please keep that in mind).
