I just did a two pager. I saved each page separately and also want to save it as one 12 by 24 page. Single pages are 600 x 600. What is a 12 x 24 saved at. 600 x 1200 seems awfully large!!! Also do you usually put the pages in the gallery separately or as a 12 x 24. If separately, which side do you upload first so they will come out right in the gallery?? Thanks for your help. I was hoping there would be a tutorial in the Learning Thread, but couldn't find one----(hint hint):thumbsups

800 wide is as large as the gallery here allows. I was trying 450x900 for a while, but then realized the gallery resized it to 800 anyway.

I like seeing the whole thing together. I don't upload the separate sides individuPlus I don't want to spend my time uploading multiple files.

I usually upload both pages individually- then in the credits post the full spread image (link from photobucket or flickr) I think it's really just a personal preference. I like to be able to see all the journaling & such - which doesn't seem to work if I just upload the full spread :) HTH!

HAH! Too funny! If you go to the gallery, you see a 12 x 12 with only 1/2 the left side and 1/2 the right side showing, but if you click on the layout to open it, then you see the whole 12 x 24.

If you want the thumbnail to show the whole LO, before you save the web version, you can change the canvas size so it's square, with white at the top and bottom and your LO in the middle.

I post them all, separate sides, uploading first the right side and then the left.. I print in books so separate pages are what I will upload at printing time, but I also love seeing it all together, so I make a 600 x300 and then show it in the credits area and isn't too big but gives the idea of the whole thing :)

Lorry, I didn't know about the canvas size thing, thanks!!!! always learning something new with you!!!! @lorryfach

Thanks all !!! Now you see why I don't take part in two page challenges!!! But, I am trying to learn.

This is what I do.... Here's an example in the gallery. When you view the single, the full layout is small in the credits, but you can click for it to expand.

I've done both, but mostly I share just the two page spread, made as long as allowable on the long side. I don't worry about journaling being readable. It's just for me anyway.
