Help with order reset

Hi I sent a email asking the CS if this is possible, I had a recent drive failure I'm usually good at backup but I got this external drive just 2 months ago.I never had a drive fail that soon.
It's a about 12 orders I'm willing to pay a reset fee but I'd like to know if sth like this is possible most orders are from august and end of july.

Man! That sure is fast for a drive failure! Yuck! I'm glad you only lost a couple months worth of stuff. The orders from the last 30 days should still be available for downloading... that's how long the links last. Otherwise I'm sure you'll hear back from CS soon.
