HELP! What do I do?

My hard drive died exactly two weeks prior to my external hard drive dying, and I just discovered that I have lost ALL of my digital scrapbooking supplies that I've ever ordered from anywhere, including the Lilypad. Is there anything that I can do about this? Is there a way to get my downloads again or purchase a disc with my purchases on it or anything like that? Thank you!
 
Hmmm that truly sucks, so sorry!! I'm no help here and no idea how that would work, but you can always try contacting the customer service from the sites you bought and maybe they reset downloads, even if for a certain amount of money?? I hope you will be able to get some stuff back! *fingers crossed*
 
I'd go to each store and check to see what their policy is. I know some will allow you to download with a service fee. I am so sorry, this is my worst computer nightmare. :(
 
Oh my goodness! That is my computer nightmare too! I'm so sorry that this happened to you. Nobody can understand the tragedy of this more than a digiscrapper! I hope that you're able to find some cost effective way to get things back again.
