I want to get a tattoo on the inside of my wrist. It will be a single script word. Something inspirational. Perhaps "believe". Or "run, fatty". :giggle

I probably won't get it until fall since I've got lots of swimming to do, but I wanna start thinking about the font so I can stare at it for a while before I get it.

Which font would you choose? :)

PS: I have a tattoo on my inner arm on the other side in Windsong, so that one is out. lol
 
I'm no help because I stick with handwritten or typewriter fonts, usually not pretty ones. I do have CK Love Note and CK MamaO and I really like those.

Hope you find something amazing :)

Wonder if I should leave it grungy like that, or clean it up. I don't want it to look like they just did a bad job. Haha.
 
I would definitely want it cleaned up a bit. It's really pretty, but I would want it more, idk.... clean.

there must be cleaner fonts out there that look similar.

I'm too tired to make a sample this time :giggle but maybe..

That is one of the issues I had when thinking about getting a wordy tattoo. This is an interesting thread. :D

For example... I really liked this tattoo... but not the font.

I met someone who had one, and she said she liked it when her wrist was relaxed, but not when it was all stretched out when she bent her hand back. So keep that in mind. I'm wondering how I'm going to handle that. lol

I love Feel Script, too, but it's $99, which is more than the tattoo, lol, and I think maybe it's too cutesy.

i saw a couple of people last week with ambigram tattoos (where it reads one word in one direction and another word in the opposite direction ..) - i thought they were pretty cool and there are a few designs with 'believe' in them:
