I am in the process of making a butternut squash kale soup on my daughter's behalf. And it tastes disgusting. And I have a whole huge stockpot of it.
Did I happen to mention that I dislike all forms of squash, except for zucchini?
I need to add some spices to it to make it palatable, but I don't want to experiment and potentially ruin it. It already has garlic, onion, thyme, salt & pepper. What else should I add to it to put some flavor to it?
