Day 1o's challenge for a list has me pondering an "end of the book" page with my kidlets.
I am needing some questions to ask them to put on my page. I would love to hear some of your ideas.

I have:
Favorite place to eat?

What do you wanna be when you grow up?

but would love some fun and funky questions too?

thanks oh awesome Pad People! :heartslub

Not so much fun and funky but here are a few ideas:

What is your favorite color? (my DD's changes on almost a yearly basis)

Favorite book?

Favorite TV Show?

Favorite singer/band?

Favorite school subject?

Here are some ideas:
What is something you do well?
What is your favourite room in your home and why?
What would happen if you could fly whenever you wanted? When would you use this ability?
What would happen if there were no television? Why would this be good? bad?
What if cows gave root beer instead of milk?
What do you think of someone who has bad manners?
What do you think courage means?
What do we mean when we say, “You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar”?
What are you afraid of? Why?
How would you change the world to make it better?
Explain how to play your favorite game.
I wish I could be like…. This person is special because….
I wish I could learn….. because…..
When are you happiest?
When have you felt lonely?
Which quality best describes your life–exciting, organised, dull–and why?
Which quality do you dislike most about yourself–laziness, selfishness, childishness–and why?
Who or what has had a strong influence in your life?
Why is it important to be honest?
Why do you think the rules you must follow are good or bad?
Families are important because…
Would you like to be famous? Why or why not? What would you like to be famous for?
(from http://www.writeshop.com/blog/2009/02/10/fun-writing-prompts-for-children/)

Imagine that you can become invisible whenever you wanted to? What are some of the things you would do?
What would you do if you were in the middle of the lake and your boat springs a leak?
What would you do if you were the last person on earth?
What would you do if you could fly?
What if you were a snowflake… what would your day be like?
What would you do if you suddenly woke up in another country and no one could understand a word you said!
Write a poem about your favorite person, animal, or place.
What is your dream vacation? Why?
Write a story from the perspective of a rabbit going down a hole. What does the rabbit experience, see and feel?
What would you eat if you were on a deserted island? How would you catch your food?
How does it feel to be the floor in your house?
Imagine you are a mountain and you are sitting and watching the world. What do you see?
What dangers would you face if you were a chipmunk? How would you over come them?
Summarize your day in 20 words or less.
Write one word across the journal page that best describes your day.
Write out the lyrics to your favorite song or print them out and paste them into your journal.
Draw a picture.
Write a poem.
Print out a copy of an Instant Message chat that you had with your friend or your parent, and paste it into your journal.
Compose a song.
Write in your journal using colorful markers, colored pencils or even crayons!
Cut and paste your favorite pictures from magazines into your journal.

Here are a few more sites I have bookmarked for this sort of thing (I just search kids writing prompts when I want more ideas!)

I ask DD a list of questions every Jan 1. :) This year she told ME some questions she wanted me to ask her lol. Have you thought about asking the kids if there's something they want to share?
Here are the questions my DD wanted me to ask:
Who is your favorite adult?
Who is your favorite baby (I had a son last Feb lol)?
What do you want for dinner on your birthday?
What do you want to be when you grow up?
What’s your favorite movie?
What is your favorite dessert?
What is your favorite thing to play with your brother?

Depending on ages, you could ask about fave technology/phones/clothes.

oh wow! These are fabulous! I love them. I "interviewed" my 4 year old this morning and I was rolling! gonna get my page together, so I can input the answers after...

Looks like you have a ton of suggestions already!

I'm just stopping by to say i can't wait to see your page!!!
