help! i forgot how to scrap!

acckkk - i swear, i forgot how to scrap! LOL! i have at least 4 pages that i've started and stopped in the middle, because they all look horrible boo! i think i'm going to do some scraplifts tonight just so i can get SOMETHING done, because i'm getting so frustrated with myself! this is supposed to be fun, right ?!? haha!
