Monday is here already! What do you have planned for the week?

I am running out the door to some appointments so I will be back later to share.:dizzy
 
The kids are in day camp still this week so I have some time to hit the gym, which I have been VERY lazy about the last two weeks. Time to make up for it. Also swimming lessons start today so that should be fun. And it's supposed to rain most of the week which we desperately need but it's a bummer for the 4th. It figures, it rains about 10 times a year here and this would be the week. :td

Otherwise it's just forge ahead...same ol' same ol'.
 
Today I'm scrapping and working this morning, then at noon we are headed to the carnival for wristband day. We'll be there till 4:30, then my boys have taekwondo. Then I'll probably come home really tired and try to find something to make for supper before sitting down at the computer to work before bed. Phew! It should be fun though!

Tuesday is taekwondo, Wednesday we have the parade, a bbq party, and then the fireworks, Thursday taekwondo, and then Friday, Sat, and Sunday are pretty much free -hopefully lots of swimming and lots of scrapping!
 
Not much planned. DH has the week off, but will have both kids today and tomorrow, so I'm just hoping the house is still standing when I get home from work. :giggle

My 'big' plans for FOJ on Wednesday include sleeping, making a flag cake with Monkey, and going downtown to see the fireworks. There's a burn ban through most of the state, so all the other fireworks shows have been cancelled. Since this one is on top of a building (and little to no grass downtown, of course), they're allowing it to take place as planned. I'm so relieved. It just isn't FOJ without a fireworks show.
 
I almost forgot it was Monday. We took all week off to just stay at home and go play at the beach. We went today and it was HOT! I am a big wimp about swimming, but the water was warm enough even for me. We had a blast. Can't wait to do it again tomorrow. :) Thursday we're going camping and I hope we don't die in the heat!
 
i'm spending the week at The Biggest Loser Resort - Niagara (i went to the malibu location for two weeks in may) - so i'll be working out .. and working out ... and working out! LOL! my DH took the kids to chicago to visit family - so they are having a blast with all the cousins :)

Monday early morning, torrential rains were pouring. Classes were suspended, we suspended work...and I went home to be with my kiddos :) I scrapped, read...and swam. The kids are out for their evening swim practice and I'm having some quiet, ME time at home :)
 
I am so glad this is going to be a short week. Work has been kicking my behind lately. I'm stuck here late and my poor doggie has been home alone since my mom is away! Poor Penny! I finally put my AC in my room last night so I didn't want to wake up this morning. :)
