Do you remember a time when you dreamt of being where you are right now?
@LynnG and I have been thinking about this whilst on our Summer break and we are soooooo excited to be back and to launch the 14th instalment 'Aspiring' in the Hear My Voice Series.
It’s fascinating how ‘digital scrapbooking’ has evolved since its early days, when it very much followed the path forged by traditional paper scrapbookers. Now, alongside traditional memory-keepers, there are digital art journal creators, who use mixed media style elements and papers to create art pages with a focus on the process of creative expression. And somewhere in between are those of us who still create layouts with photos but make use of the mixed media style digital backgrounds (‘papers’) and elements that can now be found.
Lynn and I love to explore this style of creativity and it's one of the reasons why it is such fun to be part of the ‘Hear My Voice” collaborative project, working together on monthly collections around the theme of self-expression and the richness of our inner worlds.
The Hear My Voice collections are richly textured and are jam packed with unique digital artistry created from a mixture of mediums but more importantly, they provide you with the right tools for expressing your thoughts and feelings.
As I mentioned, this month we have explored the theme of Aspiring and the Kit is such a delight to create with and includes carefully thought out phrases and journaling prompts to help you get documenting right away.
