i swear i drank so much tea (non alcoholic ) and 1. i have to pee like mo fo and 2. i have cramps!

Yes...sadly I do that alot. Especially since it's 187 degrees here now and I'm thirsty all the time...I drank about a gallon of iced tea yesterday and I swear I could hear it all sloshing around as I walked.

Now go do what you need to do so you aren't in pain.....
