Can you believe we are half way through August today!? Phew. It's flying! What are you up to this week?
It's back to school week for my 8th grader. My DH is gone on a consulting project. It's really just me, the little one and the dog this week. I'm working on turning this old framed print I have into a magnetic chalkboard. I have a couple of other crafty things planned, but still need to do some supply shopping. I'm happy to be getting back into our regular routine!
Well we are on holidays this week. Yay!!!! Can't believe my kids go back to school in two weeks. We have some fun things planned for this week but nothing major. Grandma will be picking ip the boys on about an hour so DH and I will have the whole day to do stuff together and go out to dinner tonight. We haven't had date night in a loooooonnnnnngggg time so we're looking forward to it!
today is the start of a super busy stretch for us leading up to school in a few weeks. work, birthday party, work, camping, camping somewhere else, start school, work. PHEW, I'm tired just thinking about it all!
I'm home from Vegas and trying to catch up. I'm so tired I just really want to nap though lol. It is our last week of summer here... school starts next week for my oldest daughter and myself.
Still on summer break for a few more weeks, but tonight starts my 7 YO's flag football practice. I can't wait to watch! Tomorrow night we meet my youngest son's Kindergarten teacher. She's new to our school, so we'll all be meeting her for the first time. Otherwise, I might finally break down and go school supply shopping.
Today is a bank holidays in France but as I'm new in the job I had to work. My husband and children come back tomorrow from holidays ! I have to make a choice into my pics to print a photo album of our holidays. Have 3 years to catch up

I swear I feel like I've blinked and the last year has passed me by! It's crazy that August is half way over and we're moving on into fall! But, I'm thrilled because I LOOOVE fall!!
This week, B has his first full week of school, I have training meetings at work and online classes (for work). I also went to the Dr. today and finally found out what's been ailing me. It's my gallbladder. I'm scheduled for surgery to remove it at the end of the month, so I'm just happy to know, that in another two weeks, I'll be feeling good as new!
Work and clean old house(It's almost ready for the market! Yeah!!!)! My daughter is spending time with her Grandma, prior to school starting in a couple of weeks, so the house is quiet at night... That's it, that's my week.
