... turning on my Outlook email "out of office" reply on at work!! LOL! Out until December 1! It's the small things!!

What has made you happy today?
 
Happiness is . . . Thanksgiving dinner prep with my mom, sister, brother & his family, and my kiddos.

My brother is actually my half-brother and we share a dad . . . so my mom is not his mom. His mom is in Mississippi right now, so he and his wife and two kiddos came to my mom's to hang out and help with Thanksgiving prep, even though they won't be eating with us. LOL They are going to my SIL's family tomorrow.

Anywayyyyyyy . . . it was much happiness. We worked and cooked and cleaned and hung out and had lunch and laughed and talked . . . just delightful.

Not perfect ~ those kids of his are high energy and LOUD ~ but overall, a lovely day!

It sounds awesome Cheryl!! And sometimes loud and noisy is what we need to really appreciate those quiet times!

Happiness is....
  • Feeling healthy again.
  • Leaving tomorrow for 3 days at our trailer before closing it down for the season.
  • Feeling relief that a new computer will be coming soon and I can stop worrying each day that it is going to crash.

Happiness is...a husband who does the cooking. Long story but hey it works for me.
 
Happiness is my son and the hilarious things he does and says. He is 2 1/2, and I laugh at something that he has done or said multiple times a day.
 
Today happiness is that no one talked about politics all day!
 
a new pair of leggings and the Hazelnut Creamer i bought to get me through the day ( I usually don't let myself have creamer with coffee - but i figured I needed it today!!)
