Add yours next - something that makes you happy just thinking about it, or specifically made you happy today!

Happiness is...opening your photo folder on your phone to find that iCloud has synced all of your daughter's road trip pics to you!
(She is 10 and left yesterday to go cross country with my parents)

Knowing that I'll be seeing my daughter again Sunday. She's been working out of state for two months

Knowing that I will be seeing my sister and her boys this coming December for New Years! I don't get to see her that much as she lives in Virginia and I'm in Florida.

finding some coolness down in the basement from this crazy heat wave we're having.

Watching my dd rock her swim meet and pull away from the kids around her.

a good night's sleep
(although danielle ... your "happiness is ..." sounds pretty awesome too! how cool!)

My seven year old daughter had kidney surgery wednesday, july 9, so each day i see her get around even more, eat, drink than the day before, so that makes me happy!

opening a new book (oh and having great kids ... of course ... although the book makes me really happy too haha)

Oooh I forgot this one!! Happiness is having my two teen sons 19 and 16 finally both having their driver's licenses! They both got them in the last 6 months. I'm so happy to have two drop-outs out of mom's taxi...my 16 year old is a tennis player and plays pretty much every summer night when it's cooler so I was picking him up at 10:30 almost every night and having to drive my 19 year to and from college and work! (My 19 year old was late getting his bc of a series of crazy Navy moves (not his fault actually), and once we moved to TX he had turned 18 and they require adults to take a different drivers ed course so it was basically like starting over!) Now I just have the two girls to get to all their activities - so much easier!

That is great news! I can't imagine how hard it has to be watching your 7 yr old have that kind of surgery.
