Do you guys like gum? Mints?

I don't eat gum because it bothers my IBS. It's one of my trigger items. I like the Wintergreen mints that I have, but want to find a fruity mint.

You have any you like?

I like mints.. (I used to do gum and rarely chew it anymore as I do not want it getting stuck and pulling out crowns LOL.. plus with the masks it is easier with mints)... I always go with peppermint as it is a breath refresher plus a stomach calmer for me.. wish I knew of fruity mints to suggest.

I haven't been able to chew gum for many years. And, now I don't even want to try.

I also haven't had mints for a long time either. When I did, I would buy Altoids or TicTacs, mint flavored or peppermint.

At one time, I was suspected of having IBS and in my research I found that having a peppermint before eating certain foods kept my stomach issues away. Ended up not being IBS but for a long time I kept up with having a mint. After forgetting a few times, I found I wasn't having the problems so stopped with the mints.

I do like peppermint, but I think I need a mild version. Sometimes it's so strong!

Altoids are another really strong mint. Tic Tacs, I sit there and chew them like I shouldn't - like a whole container - so I try not to buy those, lol! I can't stop it. Forget it about the orange ones too! Gone in 60 seconds!

I am not a fan of peppermints because they are so strong, but I do really like the puffy ones

And I like the Ice Breakers Sours and Duos, too, for a more fruity mint.

I have gum tucked everywhere... my car, my purse and my desk at work. When we got to church on Sundays my kids always ask for gum for some reason and are mortified if I don't have any. Now that my youngest has braces and can't chew gum, I keep a round plastic "tin" of fruity/sour mints for him too. They are Ice Breakers Sours. They are pretty fruity with a touch of sour and I like those occasionally too.
