How long have you been scrapping? I've been scrapping in some form my whole life, but avidly since 1996. Digi since 2006 and circled back around to some hybrid in 2012.

What do you like most about your scrapping? I do a pretty good job with capturing everyday moments.
What do you wish you did better? Made time to scrap. I need to prioritize some creative time. It makes me sad that I get to scrap so rarely these days.

Digi, paper or hybrid? Digi and hybrid both.
What do you like most about your scrapping? My masking and blending, and my ability to manipulate brushes.
What do you wish you did better? I wish I was a considerably faster scrapbooker.

How long have you been scrapping?
For as long as I can remember really...I used to always cut up magazines and make collages in jr & high school..."inspiration" boards for clothes I wanted, etc. I started traditional paper scrapping in 2000/2001 after my first son was born and then started digi scrapping in the past few years.

Digi, paper or hybrid?
All of the above! Mostly digi now since it is so convenient and mess free, but I still go to a crop 1-2 times a year where I drag all of my supplies and do paper/hybrid project life.

What do you like most about your scrapping?
It makes me happy. I love cheery colors and neutral tones and highlighting the blessings around me even when I feel down. I love how it helps me focus on the positive and love telling the stories of my family.

What do you wish you did better?
I wish I could think more out of the box when taking every day photos. And better follow through on my ideas would be amazing if it ever happened.

How long have you been scrapping? About 10 years.
Digi, paper or hybrid?Started out paper, did a bit of hybrid and pretty much all digi now except for a few cards or small projects.
What do you like most about your scrapping? I've become more knowledgeable of blending, masking, overlays, brushes and styles this year.
What do you wish you did better? Journaling. I want to tell more of the story but in an interesting way.

This page is important to me b/c it reminds me of an accomplishment I achieved this year. I have gone down to Granville Island a few times over the past couple of years, always hoping to get a great shot of one of the birds flying overhead down by the water, with full wing span. This summer I got my photo. I am so happy I achieved this little challenge for myself. I've gotten other shots since then but this was the first one I was really happy with.

How long have you been scrapping? I've been digitally scrapping since February 2003. #oldfart

Digi, paper or hybrid? Just digital, thank you.

What do you like most about your scrapping? I'm a storyteller. I've been writing since I was old enough to hold a pencil (got a degree in it for pete's sake!), so while my scrapping is good (I think!), my journaling is better.

What do you wish you did better? I wish I had the patience to dive into Photoshop and learn it well enough to dabble in design. I don't, though, so don't hold your breath that THAT will ever happen!

Show us a favorite page that you've scrapped. I love this one of my little Moose-y. I never thought I'd have a son & then panicked (ish) abt having lots of boy photos/pages to make when I'm used to super gurly pink princess ones for my daughter. This page was the first that I made of him where I was happy with its cuteness AND masculinity.

What do you like most about your scrapping? I like capturing the little details of our lives, I love showcasing my pictures in a simplistic way

How long have you been scrapping? Since the early 1980s! But back then it was with those sticky-backed photo albums, and I would add drawings and kids' art and index cards with the story.
Digi, paper or hybrid? Started as a paper scrapper, and I still claim to be a hybrid scrapper, even though the last hybrid page I made was in 2012 I think.
What do you like most about your scrapping? I like telling a good story. Even if I have to make one up. :}
What do you wish you did better? I wish I could scrap like Katherine B.

Q: How long have you been scrapping?
A: In some form for at least 15 years. Started as a "SMASH book" type journal which then evolved into simple paper pages, then in 2008 I got PSE 6 and dabbled. I really started seriously digi scrapping in 2013!

Q: Digi, paper or hybrid?
A: All of the above

Q: What do you like most about your scrapping?
A: In general I love the artistic side of telling a story that my family also enjoys looking at. Specifically about my scrapping, I love using different styles to highlight different emotions of my photos.

Q: What do you wish you did better?
A: It's a tie between journaling more and scrapping faster (so that I had more time to make even more pages!)

It's so hard for me to choose because I like so many of them for different reasons and I don't just have one style so I might like one for the artsy feel and another for its great white space... here's one of them though (linked to the gallery):

something that I do to express myself.. and the ability to learn techniques on my photoshop

Creating more realistic digital layouts that looks like paper scrapping. It's something I'm quite obsess with ..
My fav page: A tough one as I am scrapper who does many style.. but this is one of it!!

How long have you been scrapping? since the end of 2013
Digi, paper or hybrid? essentially Digi but this day, i try some project if hybrid (but i'm not satisfied .... but i'll definitly continue to try )
What do you like most about your scrapping? with scrap, i love to tell the story of our every day. most of my page tells a story about our little moments of life
What do you wish you did better? i'd love to work with realistic shadow... but i need to improve my technique....

Now the most difficultquestion for me. So hard to choose just one layout ... because all my layout are special for me. But i'm particularly proud of this one because i made it in only one hour for a speed scrap and i for me it's reallyan achievement. In more, this picture tell a so sweet story that made us laughing with my husband.

How long have you been scrapping? Here and there for a long time but pretty steadily since '07.
Digi, paper or hybrid? Digi layouts, hybrid PL, hybrid other stuff (cards, boxes, etc. but never non-PL LOs)
What do you like most about your scrapping? It's fun and useful at the same time.
What do you wish you did better? I don't journal as much as I should because scrapping mood and chatty mood don't seem to happen at the same time. I keep meaning to steal Peppermint's idea of putting journaling with the photos in Lightroom so I can just C&P when I scrap, but it hasn't happened yet.

How long have you been scrapping? since taking a photoshop class at our community college in 2006
Digi, paper or hybrid? Digi
What do you like most about your scrapping? sharing our family past and present and showcasing my photos
What do you wish you did better? use embellies and clustering without it taking me such a long time to do. i find i can easily find photos, place photos, use different colored papers and then i take a long time to finish up the layout by trying to use embellies

How long have you been scrapping?

I received a CM album and supplies for a wedding shower present 13 years ago and started scrapping the year after. I was never very good at paper scrapping though and don't have a lot of pages to show for all my effort. I was too worried about the cost of supplies and having physical products be a "one-use" kind of thing. I started digi scrapping in 2007 after having one baby and another on the way. I much prefer the re-usability of digi products.

Digi, paper or hybrid?

Digi...as mentioned above....although the Tooth Fairy, Santa, or our Elf have all been known to use some of my supplies for notes for the kids.

What do you like most about your scrapping?

From a technical perspective I like my shadowing. But from the more important emotional perspective, I am happy to be the recorder of family history. I have close to 1,000 pages finished, although none printed out yet (yikes)...but my DD comes and asks to see her pages and talks about taking her books with her to college someday.


What do you wish you did better?

I am pretty happy with my pages as they are. I have not historically been a journaller but am really trying hard to add in more journaling now. The older I get the fuzzier my memory. Better to write it down and capture it forever. But at my heart I am really a photographer and am happy with visual memories in the form of photos if that's all I have.

How long have you been scrapping? Since High School, so 15+ years, though my first 'scrapbooks' were old style newspaper clippings and movie stubs pasted in a book with photos and handwritten notes.
Digi, paper or hybrid? All of the above at various times. Right now it is mostly digi thanks to 18 mo. old hands that like to destroy and scatter any arty bits I leave about.
What do you like most about your scrapping? It gives me an outlet and helps keep me connected to my family.
What do you wish you did better? I wish I could figure out a way to be better organized. I feel like i waste a lot of time on finding things, sorting things, etc.

OMG, FAV LOs are hard, and it changes for me all the time. At the moment this is a favorite because it is the result of a lot of self reflection.

How long have you been scrapping?
Altogether probably about ten years, but that depends on your definition of scrapping. I did a lot of stuff with Textiles before digi, never much with paper,then embraced digi. - Creating Pages - 10 years.

Now totally digi 0 sometimes I print stuff for others to use hybrid.
What do you like most about your scrapping?
Everything. Its relaxing, I feel like I am creating something, Its totally unlike my day job.
What do you wish you did better?
Everything. I love learning new things and trying new techniques. Then I love taking them to my own style and dimensions. I wish I was a better photographer.

How long have you been scrapping? I found one from when I was 8 years old... but consistently for about 22 years I guess.

Digi, paper or hybrid? Started with paper, digi since 2008, mixing in a little paper stuff still for pocket pages.

What do you like most about your scrapping? In general that the memories are captured in those albums sitting on the shelves. More specifically, I feel like I've learned to tell more stories, get more words on the page because those memories are fleeting.

What do you wish you did better? Sometimes I'll get a vision of what I want to create and find a way to make it myself and I really love those pages. I just wish I'd get MORE of those visions.

I feel like this page is a pretty good representation of what's important to me.

Digi, paper or hybrid? I started with paper, then did both, now just digital. Though I still have a whole room of paper supplies.
What do you like most about your scrapping? Geez, I have no idea.
What do you wish you did better? Shadows, it's mostly a patience thing. I just want to be done!

What do you like most about your scrapping? Learning new techniques, but mostly getting to actually do something with the multitudes of photos I take.
What do you wish you did better? Sometimes I feel like my pages get to looking too similar, kind of boring. I wish I could think outside my personal box a little better and more often. Every once in a while I can, but I'd like it to be more consistent.
