Gluten Free Christmas Cookies?

Christmas cookies are a big thing around our house, but my ds and I are gluten free right now. Does anyone have any recipes that they can share? Thanks!!

We have to do gluten, dairy, egg, sugar, chocolate, corn free cookies here... try finding a recipe for THAT!

I made these the other day and they were tasty although Josh didn't like the date center... he's a PITA!

if you're only avoiding gluten you should be able to find lots of good stuff, i know i have gf sugar cookies bookmarked... we just can't make them cuz of all the other things in them. ugh.

I substituted Pamela's GF Baking mix for the one she used.

I find that I can substitute either Pamela's or Namaste Perfect Flour Blend (GF) and get a great result on any regular recipe.

Wow, Lauren! How challenging! When my oldest was here over Thanksgiving she was dairy free because of the baby. So, we were cooking dairy and gluten free and I thought that was hard!

Sure! These are my fave from last year, and they are 'naturally' GF, so you don't have to sub anything in or out!

Feel free to hit me up anytime for GF recipes. DH has been GF for a couple years now, and while the rest of us are not GF all the time, all of our family meals are.
