Flash flooding here last night. My entire basement had an inch of water.

If you need me, I'll be in the corner with the tequila.

Oh no! That sucks. What a horrible thing to have to deal with. I'll send limes.

oh yuck! i'll bring the limes. (or a mango so we can make a margarita)

that's a huge bummer!! hope you can clean up things quickly...but what a crappy way to start the day... (HUGS)

That really stinks Angie. So sorry! :( At least you'll probably get some new decorating/paint/carpet out of the deal. Still a huge pain!

I'm sorry to hear that! I can't even imagine the mess... good luck with cleaning it all up!

It's been raining nonstop here too...thankfully no basement to flood though. Every house we've lived in with a basement we've had to deal with flooding. No fun. Hopefully the clean up isn't too awful.

So sorry about this. And they are predicting more rain tonight. I hope it misses you.

Oh no.....better have a couple of glasses....ugh. Our basement flooded a few yrs ago and we had to run dehumidifiers for about 5 days to help soak up the moisture after we sopped up most of the water. We didn't have too much damage though. Hope your damage is minimal too.

Yuck! Hope you are able to get it all cleaned up soon and it's not too bad!! We have flood warnings up for tonight through Friday morning. Most of the time, I hate living in the mountains, but at least having a house on a hill has it's advantages in flooding rains.

I feel for you, so not fun. We had an entire first floor flood with a plumbing failure. Sounds like the tequila, limes amd mangoes will help!
