Hope this is okay... I just thought it would be fun to perk up the chatty pad a bit...

So here are the questions... you know the drill... copy them and post your answers!

1. If you could dress up as anything, what would it be?
2. If you were trick-or-treating, what treat (candy, that is) would you MOST like to find in your treat bag?
3. Do you like to watch scary movies? If so, what's your fave?
4. Are you celebrating Halloween this weekend? If so, what do you do to celebrate?

My answers:

1. If you could dress up as anything, what would it be? I would love to dress up in an all-out fancy, long, old-world gown of some type. you know, like movie costume gowns... velvety, beaded. Just think it would be fun (plus, warm... warm costumes are a MUST in this part of the world! :giggle)

2. If you were trick-or-treating, what treat (candy, that is) would you MOST like to find in your treat bag? Mmmm... I'd say maybe Peanutbutter Twix. And a Mt. Dew... that is the perfect candy and drink combo!

3. Do you like to watch scary movies? If so, what's your fave? I used to, but now I'm a wimp. I have bad dreams if I watch them. But I used to really enjoy them. The best i can do now is suspense-type movies. Even then, sometimes I have to hide my eyes... I know, baby right?! *lol*

4. Are you celebrating Halloween this weekend? If so, what do you do to celebrate? We ARE celebrating, although I always feel very torn by it. I really hate the origins of Halloween... think it's downright evil & creepy. But the aspect of dressing up in cute costumes and hunting for candy is hard to deny my kids. So we have rules... no dead things, bloody things, etc. as costumes or decorations. It all has to be very light and not evil. We will be handing out candy and trick-or-treating around our neighborhood this year. With a new neighborhood & all I'm not really sure what to expect. Should be fun.

1. If you could dress up as anything, what would it be? probably a flapper from the 20s. sometimes i feel like i was born in the wrong era

2. If you were trick-or-treating, what treat (candy, that is) would you MOST like to find in your treat bag?butterfingers, pretty please

3. Do you like to watch scary movies? If so, what's your fave? Not really into scary movies. i like to be able to sleep at night. LOL

4. Are you celebrating Halloween this weekend? If so, what do you do to celebrate? if by celebrate you mean going trick or treating, then yes we are. we don't do the whole scary halloween bit, just the candy fun side of it. we have a pumpkin patch carnival at our church on sunday and then our sunday school class is getting al of ours kids together on a hayride while we TOT.

1. If you could dress up as anything, what would it be? I think I would rock a Snooki hair pouf
2. If you were trick-or-treating, what treat (candy, that is) would you MOST like to find in your treat bag? Reeses Peanut Butter Cups
3. Do you like to watch scary movies? If so, what's your fave? Nope!
4. Are you celebrating Halloween this weekend? If so, what do you do to celebrate? Yep! We will be going to few parties and doing some trick or treating!

1. If you could dress up as anything, what would it be?
I've always wanted my husband to dress as a roman soldier, i could be his cleopatra. LOL but i'm not sexy enough!

chocolate and caramel, chocolate covered caramels.....i love twix. LOL
3. Do you like to watch scary movies? If so, what's your fave?
i hate scary movies for the most part. but every once in awhile there is nothing like a good bone chilling thrill. favorites are 'i am legend, and 'signs'.
4. Are you celebrating Halloween this weekend? If so, what do you do to celebrate?
my kids (of course) LOVE halloween. we have 3 parties...a trunk or treat tonight at church. a neighborhood party tomorrow, and regular chili and cornbread with trick or treating after on sunday! i can't wait to pick out all my favorite candies form the kids tot bags! LOL

1. If you could dress up as anything, what would it be? Hmm... maybe Anne of Green Gables? I've always wanted red hair. DH pointed out some PG-13 costumes to me in the party store catalog as if he thought I was going to buy one at his suggestion! *lol*
2. If you were trick-or-treating, what treat (candy, that is) would you MOST like to find in your treat bag? Mini Reese's cups are my new fave candies. They have to be mini. There's something abt peeling off the wrappers that makes the candy taste better! Ha ha ha.
3. Do you like to watch scary movies? If so, what's your fave? I hate them. I'm a weenie and proud of it!
4. Are you celebrating Halloween this weekend? If so, what do you do to celebrate? I'm not really into Halloween and my SS is out of town for Fall Break (not that that kept me from buying DD a costume so I could dress her up in it and take pictures to use with all the Halloween/fall kits that have come out this year! *lol*), so we might have DD (who is 14 mo) go up and down my ILs' street, but only if it's not freezing cold outside. I wish there was Thanksgiving TOT. I could really get into that: eat a little turkey, dress up like one to gather some candy from the neighbors, come back for some brownies (I hate pumpkin pie!) and a nap on the couch with the football game on. :P

4. Are you celebrating Halloween this weekend? If so, what do you do to celebrate? The city that we live in is actually doing trick or treating tomorrow night, so we are going to a Trunk or Treat at the Church up the street and maybe the mall for Mall-o-ween. carly, LOVE the idea of a porta potty! cause i could pull that off in the current state of my body! no sexy slinkyness needed! lol... i was wondering, do you want the tootsie rolls to go with the porta potty outfit? cuz they kinda have the same theme and all. lol

eryn! birthday party is a GREAT way to spend halloween! have fun! i can't believe they're 8!!
