*CLOSED* Game 2: Memory Mosaic - Winner Announced

It's pretty hard to pick one -- I know I have lots of layouts created that I LOVE. And the gallery is just hopping with awesomeness. And as many have said, the coming together in the forum, the activity -- it's really nice to see the forum busy again. And I'll say this one mimics the anticipation and stretching us to think in different ways of how to meet the challenge as past MOCs, but in a bit more relaxed way.

My favorite part that I thoroughly enjoyed, was getting to know several of the ladies here! Having the challenges - which often stretched me to go beyond my comfort zone, was nice too! I built up my stash a little more and I truly love the more relaxed timeframe for getting the layouts done. Thanks to all for hosting the challenges and games and all the work that goes into these kind of events! It is very much appreciated!

I loved the excitement of discovering every Monday the new challenges and games. The gallery burst with amazing layouts and it was a constant inspiration.

I was a religious MOCer. Even when I wasn't great at scrapping all year, MOC was a great kick in the pants to try and catch back up. That said, I came into Summer Camp excited for a structured event and it totally delivered. On top of that, I just really, really appreciate the gallery love. I tried joining in with another site's summer event and don't receive even half the love I get here. Pages I was super proud of got no comments over there, and while comments aren't everything - it just really feels good to feel seen. For you ladies to recognize the little nuances I put into my pages to make them feel unique, I love that about this place. I was really worried at the end of last year that this place would feel less like "home," but that feeling never left. Thank you all for being my favorite community on the internet!

Yes!!! I love how affirming this place is! I am getting a big head! LOL So glad we all rose to the occasion, embraced the change, and supported the designers and new owner. Love it here!

I am a challenge scrapper. I never scrap except if it is for a challenge. I was really disappointed there was no month of challenges, but I have to say I have really, really loved the Summer Camp format with the mix of challenges and games. I love that the community spirit is so strong here and that has been reinforced again. My disappointment is that I have been so busy that I've not spent so much time commenting in the gallery as I would like. Thanks as always, to all admin and Polly's for putting together such a well thought out event. It's much appreciated!

I have really enjoyed Summer Camp. I looked forward each Monday to seeing what the week's games and scrapping challenges were going to be and how they fit into the whole camp theme. I tried some new things, pulled out my 'artsy' side for a bit - which I hadn't done in quite a while - and have been pretty happy with all of the pages I was able to make. I also really appreciated the slower pace of everything, it made it do-able all summer - even when I went on vacation this last week of camp and did no scrapping at all until I got home this weekend.

This Summer Camp was so much fun. Thanks to everyone for creating the great challenges and the fun games. And thank you all for playing, commenting and being happy campers. This happy community has been my favourite part of Summer Camp. It was very welcome distraction from our troubles. I had the best time. :grouphug

I can relate to so much of everything being said! The monday anticipation, discovering the beautiful layouts, the inspiration, the moc-feeling, getting to know some designers better, ...

But I think my favorite moment was discovering how much attention to detail went into creating the whole summer camp, with all the fun games and additional chats. It really felt like an awesome summer event I was very excited about.

Oh, and I am also really happy about the nudge to finally create a signature!

Thank you very much for this! I would love to do it again next sumer!

I've loved the new challenges and games every week that I could work around Benjamin being out of school and limited scrapbooking time.

First of all - a big thank you to all the people that have been making this event possible! You are amazing! :heartslub

Like many else here my absolute favorite has been all the challenges that made me do so many layouts that I never would have done I think. They really made my creativity flourish and like every challenge you feel so good about yourself when you have accomplished it!

Thank you all for playing along! Keep watching for announcements!
