Gallery Etiquette Question

I have not been digi scrapping too long, and have been posting to the gallery for even a shorter amount of time. Maybe I am used to Instagram, but whenever someone comments on my posts in the gallery here I want to jump up and down and wave a little flag and say Thanks! Is there a way to do this? I really appreciate it. So thanks if you have taken out time to comment!!!:woot

I have been around digi for a long time and just want u to know, the lily pad is original in the fabulous hearts in the people. The love received on pages are just beyond and so glad you are here to feel it and be one too
 
I know what you mean. Esp when the love is from one of TLP Designers on your page using her products. That is a WOW manz!!! I tell you!!! Esp when she is so low profile ... from what I can see ie.

O'wise any good ole love from anyone can really make my day.

To answer your question, you can PM the person who left the comment. I agree I get ecstatic too! :) Welcome to the Pad!!
 
I do wish there was a like button here. Sometimes I love LOs in the gallery but don't have time to write a full blown message. I'd also love to give a like button to anyone who comments on my stuff too. :)
 
I think the best way to show your gratitude is to give them some love right back. You can always click on their "My Gallery" button and leave them some love on one of their pages. :)

Yep, that is what I usually do, leave them a comment and then at the end I add them a PS. saying "thanks for your sweet comment" or something like that.

see and I want to leave paragraphs that go on and on! bhaw, I am a babbler!
 
If you add a LO to your favourites, it gives a notification to the person, so that's kind of like a 'like' button. I get warm fuzzies when someone favourites my work!

Wouldn't a like button be cool! I totally get your excitement. I feel the same way. I'm going to go check your gallery now.

yes, I d say this is the best, you have the button there.....just click and leave them some love...I try my very, very best to return the love, and here some people make me feel like the best ever artsist on earth....and I have been scrapping for donkey years and still get super excited and want to jump up & down :)

well, sister.....you know me....and now am not even closer of what I was over a year ago,...because I know I will be in so much pain if I type too much, so I'm trying my best to keep it within reasonable measure....not always possible.

As I have said before, not a Twitter girl.
No way you can get me to say anything in 140 characters or less....

People at the pad leave the best LO smooches EVER .... Cynthia and Anne are amazing at LO loving .... ok that sounds at little weird but you know what I mean!

Katie,
When you go to the gallery, click on a layout and then there is a pull down menu that says "photo options" with a little triangle next to it, click there and the first option (it's gray with white letters) says add to favorites. It is really hard to read.
