gallery commenting...

Is it possible for someone to not be able to comment in the gallery? I'm so confused... I can't seem to find a way to comment. I'm logged in because I can upload layouts, but having trouble with commenting.

(I posted this question earlier... but it, along with my last two layouts, disappeared)

Tracie, I've edited your user permissions. If you would, please try posting comments now and see if you are able. If not, could you please tell me what your OS and browser are. Thanks - and sorry for the trouble.
