Gallery and site acting weird, is it my browser?

I just noticed some irritating links in the gallery area, this is what I mean (click for larger image):

When I hoover over them a pop up shows up.
I know some sites use this kind of advertising but I've never seen it here, is it me or my browser or is anyone else noticing this as well??

We do not have that kind of advertising here at TLP. It looks like you are infected with some malware. I would definitely download a malware removal software.
