Hi gals, just bought a new camera (I have no interest in selling you it, or giving you affilate links or anything else like that) and I wanted to celebrate just how *beautiful* the camera + lens combination is in case anyone else is looking for an upgrade. :yesss

I got the Fujifilm XT-1 with the 35mm 1.4 and I'm finding its the perfect middle ground between my Samsung S5 (which I have gone back to Touch Wiz for opposed to my S4 with Cynagon Mod) and my battered Nikon D90. It's lighter than the Nikon but still has the atbility to change lenses. I thought I'd really miss my optical viewfinder, but I'm finding that electronic viewfinders do have their usage!

I'm just about to go on holiday with this bad boy (named Felix ;)) and can't wait to get my scrap on with some of the shots! :heartslub
 
Congrats! I think this is a great camera! (I had a look at amazon for it...:happy)

Congratulations on your new camera! It's always fun to get something new to play with! :) I love that you named your camera! LOL!
 
Have fun with your new camera! Looking forward to seeing your pics with it! Love that you named it. If I name mine, I think they will need snooty regal names b/c they can be temperamental LOL.
