Friendly Reminder - Save & Backup Often

just your friendly reminder to **SAVE OFTEN** when doing your crafty work and, even more importantly, **BACK UP OFTEN**!!! another great idea is to have redundant backups just in case one of your BUs gets fried. also, using a continuous online backup service is yet another data safety step.

i just backed up a bunch of stuff, but i need to go back and check that my layouts are backed up... and i've put a few photos on my computer recently that i don't think are backed up either... thanks for the reminder!

I hope that doesn't mean you had a problem, Amy! I second this. I run a backup every night at 9:00 that backs up everything, then I swap regularly with an EHD that lives in the bank vault at my office. Makes me twitchy when that backup has problems!

I've got the backup part covered. It's the whole saving as I'm working thing I need to work on. It really sucks when the kids hop on my laptop and accidentally close Elements and I lose a whole layout b/c I didn't save. I really hate it when that happens! Great reminder!
