Finally met some digi friends!!!

I'd like to be part of the group, Heather. Surely, I'd be able to swing one weekend this summer. Actually, I'm planning on taking Miss Monkey on a long weekend to Chicago, so it'd be even awesomer if the scrap night was at the same time. :)
 
LeeAndra, we usually do Saturdays, right? How old is your little monkey?

She is 3.5.

I tried to meet up with Heather, LW, etc. last summer in Chicagoland, but it didn't work out. Now that Miss Monkey is older and POTTYTRAINED (Hallelujah!), it should be easier to work it out. I just have to take the Friday before and the Monday after the weekend to do other fun Chicago-y things with her, too. :)
 
Awww...man..I am soooo jealous! I do have some (paper) scrappers come over every month or so for a crop but it would be so much fun to digi scrap with other digi addicts. My friends don't really "get" my scrapping...so I usually make cards when they come over b/c its just not as much fun to do it digi when they are all paper scrapping.

Totally understand, when I visit my sister last Summer I was digi scrapping and she was paper scrapping and we kept having arguments of "who was right!" LOL!!!
 
Oh goodness!! That sounds like so much fun... wish I could meet everyone.
And cupcakes, mmmmm, that sounds good.
