feeling guilty

I feel like garbage - been having stomach cramps, not sleeping etc. Think I have a little bug, so I sent SirStinkbug to his Baba's house. I can't help but feel bad though because my DH doesn't feel well either but he's still at work. And I'm home alone on the couch.
 
Never feel guilty about taking care of yourself. It's like they say on the plane, put your own mask on first!
 
oh no guilt, you getting better will be good for you hubsters...cause no man wants to see his woman illin'. Take a nice bath before he comes home, and have some toast and soft eggs for him, a cup of tea and a blanket for him to snuggle.

oh no dont feel guilty i once had to keep my 10 year old to take care of my little one while i lay ill on the settee supervising

Yes, a bit. DH is a bit better, too. Wondering what to do with my little guy today. It's gonna be about 90 degrees, so outside is out of the question.
 
Oh you poor thing!!!! I hope you feel better quickly! And, like everyone said, don't feel guilty! Mama's gotta take care of herself!
 
I don't feel guilty at all. I work hard everyday from 7 in the morning till after 10 at night before I get to rest. I figure that I've earned a sick day to myself once in a while. I don't get any other usual job benefits so I grab little bits while I can. lol. Hope you feel better soon tho. Being under the weather really stinks.
