Have you ever felt like you've been run over by a steamroller ?
That's definitely how I feel today. I haven't stopped all day (and it's not over yet as I post this message).
I don't like days like this, when I feel like I'm just going through the motions and have no control over anything. I know I'll be exhausted tomorrow.

Does this happen to you ?
How do you react ?

I'm so sorry Gaelle. I hope tomorrow is better for you.

Have you ever felt like you've been run over by a steamroller?
Yes. Last week I was sick and I still have a cough that keeps me up all night and I'm losing my mind!

How do you react?
I've finally started taking medicine before bed so I can get some sleep. I try to get as much sleep as possible when I don't feel well.

Oh definitely! This week at work did a number on me! My colleague was gone, so I was running both branches and we were BUSY! Add to that all the people that don't get back to you and so things keep piling up, I just was done by today! Hang in there, @Gaelle

Does this happen to you ? Oh yeah, more than I like to admit

How do you react ? Sometimes I get a little snippy and then I go home and eat and go to bed!

Omg yes - we call it being "Truman Show"-ed - have you seen the movie! I especially steamrollered at work - it was never ending most days! How did I react - at work - painted my best smile on and grinned and bared it! Come home to cry and vent.

Sending you hugs for a better day and rest!

Side note, unrelated: @scrapchyck is your signature new? I just love it. I hope it's new, because how have I not noticed it! The diet coke kills me!!

I hate days like that! Yeah, I've definitely had those kind of days and it's usually when I'm far too busy for a normal human to handle. It happens a lot less often now that my kids are in college, so I don't have their activities on top of my own anymore. My own activities can sometimes be a lot just on their own. Lol.

When this happens I just put my head down and plow on through until I can get home and then I try to get to bed early if at all possible so I have a chance to unwind for the next day!

It's new since January 1st. Had to put my BFF in there! LOL

Yes, today is that day, but I think the bug I’ve been holding off for several days has won. Yuck. I have no energy and the brain fog is annoying. I’m here keeping myself hydrated, warm and resting, but my brain doesn’t want to let me read or scrap.

Sounds like it's time for a rest, Lisa. Feel better!

Yep, just sleep it off. That always works best for me to get rid of sickness! Reading and scrapping will be there after you feel better and you'll enjoy them more then too. Hugs!
