What is your favorite recipe this week? Mine seems to change weekly, but I just finished doing some cooking for a freezer meal exchange and included this Slow Cooker Quinoa Chicken Chili in my meals and I was reminded how much we loved it last fall/winter.

Anyone else have a link to a favorite recipe to share?
 
Pinned that and will try it out this week! One of my faves, had it tonight, is fried sausages topped with garlic, diced tomatoes, green pepper, red pepper flakes and salt. Serve with rice or potatoes.

OMGOSH! I was going to post this exact recipe! I tried it a few weeks ago and LOVED it! Great minds think alike! ;).

What kind of sausages? Sounds yummy.
