This was a busy weekend for me! And I've read that it was busy for a lot of us - plays, work, kids, iNSD, Bart kissing, scrapping.
What was your favorite moment or part of this last weekend?

Mine was being here, even though it was less than I wanted to be! I loved meeting new people in the chats, seeing new pages in the gallery and laughing at all the Bart kissing and Pictionary drawings! Second was going to an honors banquet for my husband. Lol.

How about you?

Being a part of my daughter's prom day. She woke up with the biggest smile on her face and it never went away for the entire day!! From getting her hair done, to doing her makeup and getting dressed up, to seeing her boyfriend in his tux (he literally teared up when he saw her and called her his princess all day - kinda cheesy but so sweet), to taking SO MANY photos, to the dance itself. She had a blast and there is nothing better than seeing your child that happy!!

Can't wait to make some time to complete a page or two!!

It was a busy weekend with iNSD, soccer games, senior pictures, cooking, cleaning, laundry and running the kids around. Luckily for me, my dear sweet hubby took care of all that so I could enjoy my first iNSD here at TLP. He was such a sweet heart :heartslub to give me the whole day Friday, Saturday, and Monday to play here at TLP.

I totally enjoyed iNSD at the pad. I think my favorite part was the adobe chats. It's so fun to see and hear people that live in my computer... lol. The Pictionary with Danayale, Courtney and Amanda was hillarious. And going through the gallery last night with Cheryl and Laura was so inspiring. Of course, I spent a lot of time kissing the frog :flirty:frog and shopping. I bought way more than I thought I would, but I just couldn't help myself. There's just too much good stuff here. I even did a couple of slow scraps.

I would have to say that it was an all around FAB-TAB-U-LOUS weekend and I'm beat. I guess it's time to finish unzipping all my new goodies and see if I can get a nap in before everyone gets home and realizes that iNSD is over so they get mom back. :giggle

Thanks to everyone here for making this iNSD - the best one EVER! :circles

it was a low key iNSD weekend for me. Since I've been scrapping for a while now and have a pretty huge collection, there wasn't a ton for me to buy. I mean there was a ton I loved and great sales, but I think I'm at the point where I know what kinds of products I'm realistically going to use.

It was a busy weekend. My daughter took the SATs and my brother was in town and we went out for dinner. I was able to get a few slow scraps done and I'm happy about that.

I'm looking forward to playing with some of my new purchases!!!!

My daughter came for a long weekend visit, and kept us all busy....I barely even saw my computer, so there was no time for iNSD this time around. My favorite part was probably Saturday, when my sister took us to the place where she scattered her daughter's ashes. We had a picnic & a little remembrance ceremony, and though it could have been really depressing, it wasn't. We kept it lighthearted, and there were plenty of shenanigans to make it a wonderful afternoon.

Weekends are not usually time for me to scrap. My DIL took my three youngest for the evening Saturday....and they all had such a grand time. It was a very relaxing time for me. When they came home, it was late and I just didn't want to go to bed, it felt so good having my children all here. Then they spoiled me with dinner, presents and so much attention on Sunday. It was a good time!

I would say last night's chat was the best. It was fun to hear the voices and see everyone's layouts. And getting a few laughs.
I was unhappy with my weekend as my requests for my hubby to go fishing didn't work and it ended up being an upset weekend. My son had been moving the week before and had left a few things and it just turned into a mess. Guys that I had so much respect for turned out to be jerks. So it was difficult. But I can scrap pretty much whenever I want during the week so it's okay.
And I have to be honest, those grab bags were the best!

It was a busy weekend and I wanted to hang out here, but even more so I wanted to get pages done. Got 14 pages done on the 2012 book and 1 page in the 2016 book. Oh, and I went shopping for new artwork - so many specials.

And I got chocolate, tea, and flowers for Mother's Day - plus a dinner out and a dinner made by dd (dear daughter).

Next year, let's home Mother's Day and iNSD are on separate weekends. :circles

My favorite part was going to all the chats. I really liked Cheryl going through all our pages. There were a few layouts I hadn't seen yet & it was nice having everyone share. I listened to Cheryl scrap through my car radio with the mobile app. I love hearing her voice & Courtney's laugh. Just good times all around. It was a hard weekend with younger child, so it was nice to escape for a bit.

The games and chats were probably my favorites (and the sales, of course). Pictionary was so much fun and the chats I was able to make with Cheryl, Danyale and Laura were the best. I'm really disappointed that I wasn't able to make it to more of the chat times and slow scraps. However, it was great to be able to spend what Digital Time I could with so many of the community peeps. I love getting to know scrappy friends better. :)

Oh, and I definitely cannot leave out my new tagline. I :heartslub it.

The best part? The gigantic free kit blog hop then FWP then quick pages. Wow! BEST free kit ever! Then the sales. I spent too much but I planned to do so and enjoyed it immensely! I loved having so many chat scraps to choose from and actually did a couple of layouts. I always love the Adobe chats with Cheryl! I chased the danged frog all over this forum and only got one kiss in, but I'm happy for that one. I really loved the leave-love-in-the-gallery that went on. It was huge, it was fun, and I loved all of it!

My favorite part was getting to spend the day Saturday with my granddaughter watching my son play baseball, and the evening with both my sons and her. I didn't really get to do much for iNSD, but I did really enjoy Pictionary chat Saturday night :)

What a great weekend! The Life is an Adventure kit was in constant use - just loved it. I managed to get a few pages done over the weekend and my kids made me a wonderful dinner on Sunday night.

And it rained for the first time in over a month - tanks full = happy camper.

But the thing that made me smile the most over the weekend was the compliment left by the lovely Cynthia aka @MrsPeel - "Karen: you are made of awesome!!!" How cool is that? I have told my kids that is how they are to refer to me from now on.

I think The Lilypad is made of Awesome as well!

Shopping. I really liked the gallery games i was able to get in on. I wish I could have found more scrapping time, and I wish I could have attended more of the chats. Every time I remembered a chat time, it was just over or I was busy. :(
But I commented on a lot of layouts, which I know I need to do more of, so that felt really good. :D

The best part of the weekend was celebrating Mother's Day with my grown-up kids. Here at TLP, I was tickled pink to get back to scrapping after doing just one layout in April. I was able to get the Template MIS and all the slow scraps done. Yay! Plus I was able to get some great deals on products - finally spent my MOC certificate.

Oh, and I was super super proud to have scrapped the one page I did. It was fun because I really did exactly the workflow I've imagined for myself, which was... feel inspired to tell one of the stories on my "to scrap" list, find the number of photos I have for that story, find a template, find a kit. That one page came together pretty quickly for the most part, except for fitting the MIS requirements into the layout. :giggle

Well, I didn't get to hang out here a lot. It was very busy on the home front. But if I had to pick my favorite iNSD thing it would be the FWP kit. I have already scrapped with it...and it's going to be perfect for future trips!

On the personal front I got to see two of my girls perform in their piano recital, I got to see all of my kids perform in their end of year program for co-op, I got to lead my little ASL class in a song & teach other parents some sign language (the kids were super cute!), I got to run a 5k with my 2 oldest girls and my hubby and then on Sunday we went on a hike and had a picnic. It was really a fun weekend.

My highlight was monday afternoon, my farmville friend and my hubby was listening to adobe chat. then last night to have everyone coment my gallery a sure second highlight

Loved Bart, sales, Bart, the chalenges, chats, games
