Favorite Childhood Toy | Pad Patter January 3rd

Oh my gosh! @weaselwatchr one of my favorite toys as a kid was a stuffed snoopy too! My Grandma gave it to me when I was born and I actually still have it! It's in my craft room because it still makes me happy. It's rather small and filled with little round beans, so it more like a bean bag toy.

My other favorite was a weeble wobble kingdom that I got for Christmas one year. I felt like the richest kid in the world that morning and loved playing with it for a long time!
That is so crazy!!! I took that snoopy with me everywhere. I am pretty sure I have a photo of me when I was around 5 holding it at my parents house. Next time we visit I will need to grab or scan it with my phone.

My grandma and grandpa got me a toy dog - a wire haired terrier that I named Ginger. I had Ginger until I was an adult. When I got married, I forgot to get Ginger and when I went to get him, my mom had given him away to some kid. I was so upset and wanted her to get him back! She wouldn't do it and said that she didn't think I wanted him anymore. DUH!!! But, I've forgotten all about that. Oh, yeah. :angry:rolleyes: I think she felt bad, but would never admit it. Several years ago, she got me a teddy bear which I still have. I love Teddy, too.
Awww. I’m sorry. I would have been mad too.

Reading through this thread I now have memories of my Raggedy Anne doll, my easy bake oven, and a cow that I could milk that would moo

Omg!!! I loved my Spirograph!!! In fact I bought a mini set a few years back when we were on vacation in Vegas at the mall. My hubby thought I was crazy.

I still had my original Spirograph from the 60's until a few years ago. I don't remember if I got rid of it or not and I'm too lazy to go look in the basement! I also still had my Etch-A-Sketch from the 60's until a few years ago, again don't remember if I kept it. My cousins' kids enjoyed playing with both of them when they would visit in the late 80's/early 90's.

My Gramma worked for Mattel and our family were toy testers, so we got a LOT of toys. So much that my sister used to have Barbie funerals and bury them! LMAO!!!

This was the one thing that my 6 year old glommed onto and still have today! It was a cute bean bag for the body and the head was soft plastic.
