What is on your DVR this Fall?

We have our usual favorites but are also going to give Revolution and The Mindy Kaling Project a shot.

Any new shows you are excited to watch?
 
I thought "The New Normal" would be good but wasn't too impressed when I watched it the other night. Otherwise I think I'll be sticking to the regulars...
 
I'm impressed with Scandal-- "last season" (it was only a half season) was really good, and I'm anxious to see what this season will bring.
 
TV .. now we're talkin!

I'm looking forward to Scandal, too. Fell in love with it last season. Plus my standard must-see shows, Parenthood (♥!!), Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Revenge, etc. I watch a lot of TV. My TiVo is smoking by the end of most weeks.

I wasn't impressed with the first two eps of The New Normal, either, but I might stick it out for a few more. I liked the pilot for Animal Practice, it felt a little bit like the early years of Scrubs, so that one may stick for me, too. I really want to watch Elementary with Lucy Liu because we enjoyed the BBC's Sherlock seasons so much, but I'm bracing myself for it to be a letdown. That Last Resort show on ABC looks good, too. And The Mindy Project. And that Nashville show with the girl from Heroes looks nice and bitchy, even though I'm not a country music fan.

I add a lot of season passes then delete them early on. LOL I'm equal opportunity TV, though. I just pull them over to my computer from the TiVo and let the window sit in the corner of one of my monitors while I work.
 
Big Bang Theory and Downton Abbey. That's about it for me. I will probably watch a few new shows and see if something sticks. Admittedly, I am not much of a tv person though.
 
Returning shows I can't wait to see - Big Bang Theory, Grey's, Glee, Supernatural

I want to watch Nashville and I'm not sure what else.
 
I'm looking forward to the new Elementary show also. I've watched a couple of Perception and enjoyed it.

We're big crime/drama show watchers here. And I LOVE my NCIS!
 
I'll be DVR'ing How I met your Mother and Downton Abbey. I'm not sure which one I'm looking forward to more. :)
 
There are too many things on my DVR! I still don't know how I'm going to watch all of my Thursday shows, especially now that Glee is on Thursdays! Agh! The only new thing I plan to add to the lineup is The Mindy Project.
 
Modern Family, NCIS...those are staples. I've gotta get Showtime so I can DVR Homeland. I just watched all of Nurse Jackie so I'll tape that if I can find it...Sons of Anarchy (I'm on season 4 right now), Sherlock, Downton Abbey. I think I should start The Big Bang Theory though...so many really like it! I'm sad Breaking Bad is already over. I've been watching Copper...it's ok. I can't forget the Vampire Diaries either.

I better get my Tivo all set up! Looks like I'm going to be busy!!
 
When does Revenge start again in the US?

I know it's old news in the states, but hubby and I are currently watching all the seasons of Friday Night Lights and are really loving it!
 
I'm looking forward to Scandal, Grey's, Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Shark Tank... oh man, there's so many. I'm sure I'm not listing them all!

My husband has been Netflix'ing Friday Night Lights, and he loves them-- I'm still getting into it. But I have been re-watching all of my Friends DVDs-- that has been getting me out of my dry spell.
 
Ohh there are soo many! Bones, Grey's Anatomy, Saving Hope (Hulu only -since it's only airing in Canada for season 2), Private Practice, Revenge, Scandal, Parenthood, Homeland, The Walking Dead, Revolution. All those and I feel like I left something out..lol!
 
It's like you're all talking a different language, I have no idea what most of these shows are! It'll be Doctor Who all the way in our house :D Strictly Come Dancing, Merlin and X-Factor are all family favourites too.
 
I'm looking forward to the return of Big Bang Theory, Modern Family, New Girl and How I Met Your Mother. I wasn't really sure how I'd feel about the new season of Glee but I did enjoy the premier. We also watch Shark Tank, which just started a new season on Friday.

As for new shows - I don't know that there's many that I'm looking forward to. We watched the premier of Go On the other night and did enjoy that so we'll likely watch it.
 
I love Big Bang, NCIS, and Revenge. I'm looking forward to Elementary, maybe The Arrow, and also the 666 Park Avenue one. Scandal is pretty good, and I love The Voice too. :)
 
I am excited about Survivor starting back up on Wednesday, now if I could only get dh to watch it with me.

I am like Peppermint, I do a lot of dvr-ing at the beginning and then delete if I don't like it. And I like to have it on in the background while I am scrapping or editing pictures. If I really like it, then I shut the computer and watch it, other wise it is just background entertainment!
