everytime i try to pay with points i get a message that i dont have enough points but

Hi Bobbie,

Are you paying with exactly the amount of points that is equal to the dollar value in your cart. If you have $3.00 of product in your shopping cart you have to use $3.00 of points to pay for your order. If you have $8.00 in your cart and want to apply $3.00 in points it won't work because paypal will not recognize points as a form of payment. The discount will apply while you are in the store but as soon as you transfer to paypal they "eat" it. We hope to have this sorted out after we upgrade our xcart software shortly but in the meantime you need to use them this way.

Oh, this is exciting... hopefully the upgrade goes "easy peasy"... I hate Paypal eating my points!
